Ingredients
- Chipotle Mayo: 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1 to 2 teaspoons chipotle peppers in adobo sauce finely minced, 1 teaspoon lime juice, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste
- Wraps: 8 slices thick-cut bacon, 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch), 2 cups romaine lettuce shredded, 2 medium tomatoes thinly sliced, 1 small red onion thinly sliced, 1 avocado sliced (optional)
Instructions
- Make Chipotle Mayo:
- In a small bowl mix together mayonnaise chipotle peppers lime juice garlic powder salt and pepper Adjust chipotle amount for desired heat Set aside
- Cook Bacon:
- In a large skillet over medium heat cook bacon until crispy Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain
- Warm Tortillas:
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for a few seconds until pliable
- Assemble Wraps:
- Spread about 2 tablespoons of chipotle mayo over each tortilla Layer shredded lettuce tomato slices red onion and avocado if using down the center of each tortilla Top with 2 slices of crispy bacon per wrap Fold in the sides and roll up tightly Slice in half if desired Serve immediately
