06 - 8 slices thick-cut bacon
07 - 4 large flour tortillas, 10-inch diameter
08 - 2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
09 - 2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
10 - 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
11 - 1 avocado, sliced (optional)
# Method:
01 - Combine mayonnaise, minced chipotle peppers, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Adjust chipotle quantity for preferred spiciness; set aside.
02 - Heat a large skillet over medium and cook bacon until crispy. Transfer to paper towels to drain excess fat.
03 - Gently warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave briefly until pliable.
04 - Spread approximately 2 tablespoons of chipotle mayonnaise evenly over each tortilla.
05 - Layer shredded romaine, tomato slices, red onion, and avocado slices (if using) along the center of each tortilla.
06 - Place 2 slices of crispy bacon atop the vegetables, fold in sides, and roll tortillas tightly. Slice in half if desired and serve immediately.
