Ingredients
- Jams & Spreads: 1/2 cup strawberry jam, 1/2 cup apricot preserves, 1/2 cup blueberry jam, 1/4 cup honey, 1/4 cup whipped butter
 - Cheeses: 120 g (4 oz) brie (sliced), 120 g (4 oz) sharp cheddar (sliced), 120 g (4 oz) fresh goat cheese (crumbled)
 - Breads & Crackers: 1 small baguette (sliced), 1/2 loaf sourdough (sliced), 1 sleeve multigrain crackers
 - Fruits: 1 cup fresh strawberries (halved), 1 cup blueberries, 1 cup seedless grapes, 1 ripe peach (sliced)
 - Nuts & Extras: 1/2 cup roasted almonds, 1/4 cup dried apricots, fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
 
Instructions
- Prepare spreads:
 - Arrange the jams and honey in small serving bowls. Place them evenly around a large wooden board or platter.
 - Add whipped butter:
 - Put whipped butter into a small bowl and place it on the board.
 - Arrange cheeses:
 - Neatly arrange the cheeses in separate sections across the board.
 - Style breads & crackers:
 - Fan out the baguette and sourdough slices. Pile the crackers onto the board.
