Instructions
- Step 1:
- Peel the bananas and slice into 12 equal rounds, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Step 2:
- Wash and hull the strawberries.
- Step 3:
- Thread one banana slice onto each skewer, followed by a strawberry (pointy end up) to resemble Santas hat.
- Step 4:
- Use a small dab of melted white chocolate or frosting to stick a mini marshmallow onto the tip of each strawberry, creating the pom-pom.
- Step 5:
- Using a toothpick, apply a small amount of white chocolate or frosting below the banana slice for Santas beard.
- Step 6:
- Gently press two mini chocolate chips into each banana slice to form Santas eyes.
- Step 7:
- Place the finished skewers on a serving platter and refrigerate until ready to serve.
