# Method:
01 - Peel bananas and slice into 12 equal rounds approximately 1/2 inch thick.
02 - Wash and hull the strawberries to remove stems.
03 - Thread one banana slice onto each skewer, then add a strawberry with the pointed end facing upward to resemble Santa’s hat.
04 - Use a small amount of melted white chocolate or frosting to adhere a mini marshmallow to the tip of each strawberry.
05 - Apply a small dab of white chocolate or frosting below the banana slice to simulate Santa’s beard.
06 - Gently press two mini chocolate chips into each banana slice to represent Santa’s eyes.
07 - Arrange skewers on a serving platter and refrigerate until ready to serve.
