05 - 1 tsp dried oregano
06 - 1/2 tsp dried thyme
07 - 1/2 tsp dried dill
08 - 1/4 tsp garlic powder
09 - 1/4 tsp onion powder
10 - Pinch of black pepper

11 - 1 tsp lemon zest
12 - 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or dill
13 - Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

14 - Pita chips, fresh vegetables, crackers, or warm pita bread
# Method:
01 - In a food processor or high-powered blender, add feta cheese, Greek yogurt, cream cheese if using, olive oil, dried oregano, thyme, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
02 - Process for 1 to 2 minutes, scraping down the sides as needed, until smooth and creamy.
03 - Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
04 - Spoon whipped feta into a serving bowl; drizzle with extra olive oil and sprinkle with lemon zest, fresh herbs, and crushed red pepper flakes if desired.
05 - Serve immediately alongside pita chips, fresh vegetables, crackers, or warm pita bread.
