# Components:
→ Bread
01 - 4 slices sourdough or rustic country bread
→ Cheese & Filling
02 - 1 ball burrata cheese (about 4.2 oz), drained and torn into pieces
03 - 1 medium ripe tomato, thinly sliced

05 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
06 - 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
07 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
# Method:
01 - Lay out the bread slices and lightly butter one side of each; these will form the sandwich exterior.
02 - On the unbuttered side of two bread slices, arrange torn burrata pieces, tomato slices, and basil leaves. Season with salt and black pepper.
03 - Place the remaining bread slices on top with the buttered side facing outward.
04 - Warm olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
05 - Place sandwiches in the skillet and cook 3 to 4 minutes per side, pressing gently with a spatula, until bread is golden and cheese is melted.
06 - Remove from heat, let rest for 1 minute, slice, and serve immediately.
