03 - 4 slices cheddar cheese
04 - 4 ounces cream cheese, softened

07 - 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
# Method:
01 - Arrange the flour tortillas evenly on a clean cutting board.
02 - Using a spreading knife, coat each tortilla with 1 ounce (about 2 tablespoons) of softened cream cheese.
03 - Place a slice of cheddar cheese in the middle of each prepared tortilla.
04 - If desired, sprinkle chopped fresh dill and finely diced red onion over the cheese, then drizzle with yellow mustard.
05 - Set one whole dill pickle along the edge of each tortilla.
06 - Roll each tortilla tightly around the pickle, making sure all fillings are enclosed.
07 - Cut each roll into 1-inch pieces with a sharp knife or serve whole as preferred.
