01 - 7 oz Brie cheese, rind trimmed, cut into 24 cubes

→ Pastry

02 - 1 sheet frozen puff pastry (9 oz), thawed

→ Sauce

03 - 1/2 cup cranberry sauce, homemade or store-bought

→ Garnish (Optional)

04 - 2 tbsp chopped pecans or walnuts
05 - 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped

# Method:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a mini muffin tin or line with parchment squares.
02 - Roll out the thawed puff pastry to a 12 x 12-inch square on a lightly floured surface. Cut into 24 equal squares.
03 - Gently press each pastry square into the cups of the mini muffin tin, forming shells.
04 - Place one cube of Brie in each pastry shell.
05 - Spoon approximately 1/2 teaspoon of cranberry sauce over each Brie cube.
06 - Optionally, sprinkle chopped nuts and rosemary atop each bite.
07 - Bake for 13 to 15 minutes until the pastry is golden and cheese is bubbling.
08 - Allow bites to cool slightly and serve warm.
