A colorful holiday treat combining fruit rollups, marshmallows, and candies in fun, bite-sized rolls.

# Components:

→ Candy Base

01 - 3 large fruit rollups (red, green, or mixed colors)
02 - 2 cups miniature marshmallows
03 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

→ Fillings & Decorations

04 - 1/2 cup gummy worms or licorice laces
05 - 1/4 cup red and green sprinkles
06 - 1/4 cup small holiday-themed candies (e.g., mini M&Ms, jellybeans)

# Method:

01 - Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a microwave-safe bowl, melt marshmallows and butter together in 20-second bursts, stirring after each, until smooth.
03 - Lay out the fruit rollups flat on a clean surface. If needed, slightly overlap edges and press to seal, forming a large rectangle.
04 - Evenly spread the melted marshmallow mixture over the fruit rollup rectangle, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edges.
05 - Arrange gummy worms or licorice laces in a single line about 1 inch from the edge closest to you.
06 - Sprinkle red and green sprinkles and add a few holiday-themed candies for color.
07 - Starting at the edge with the candy, gently but tightly roll up the fruit rollup jelly-roll style into a log.
08 - Use a sharp, lightly greased knife to slice the roll into 1-inch sushi pieces.
09 - Arrange pieces on a platter and serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to 2 hours.
