03 - 2 tbsp Greek yogurt

# Method:
01 - In a food processor, blend feta, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, and garlic until very smooth and creamy, approximately 2 to 3 minutes, scraping down sides as needed.
02 - Taste and add more lemon juice or olive oil to preference for balancing flavor.
03 - Spoon the whipped mixture into a shallow serving bowl.
04 - Create swirling patterns on the surface using the back of a spoon, then drizzle generously with honey and a little olive oil.
05 - Sprinkle chopped dill, mint, black pepper, and optionally crushed red pepper flakes over the top.
