# Method:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Butter a 2-quart baking dish.
02 - Boil macaroni according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
03 - Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.
04 - Gradually whisk in milk, stirring constantly until smooth and thickened, about 3 to 4 minutes.
05 - Remove from heat and stir in Gruyère, sharp cheddar, Parmesan, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and truffle oil until smooth.
06 - Add cooked macaroni to sauce, stirring to coat evenly.
07 - Pour macaroni mixture into prepared baking dish.
08 - Mix panko breadcrumbs with melted butter and Parmesan cheese; sprinkle evenly over casserole.
09 - Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until topping is golden and bubbling.
