01 -  Thread the strawberry halves and cake cubes alternately onto eight wooden or metal skewers. 
 02 -  In a medium mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat with an electric mixer or whisk until soft peaks form. 
 03 -  Place the assembled skewers on a serving platter. 
 04 -  Drizzle whipped cream over the skewers, or serve it on the side for dipping. 
 05 -  If desired, drizzle each skewer with melted white chocolate and sprinkle with chopped fresh mint. 
 06 -  Serve immediately for best texture.
