# Method:
01 - In a microwave-safe mug (minimum 10 oz), whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder if using, baking powder, and salt until evenly mixed.
02 - Add milk, oil, and vanilla extract to the dry mixture and blend thoroughly with a fork until smooth and free of lumps.
03 - Cook on high power for 60 to 75 seconds, until the cake has risen and is set at the center.
04 - Allow the cake to rest for 1 to 2 minutes before enjoying directly from the mug.
