01 - 7 oz Brie cheese, cut into 24 small cubes

02 - 1 sheet (about 8.8 oz) ready-rolled puff pastry, thawed if frozen

03 - 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (store-bought or homemade)
→ Garnish
04 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary or thyme
05 - 24 pecan halves or walnuts (optional)
# Method:
01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a 24-cup mini muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease it.
02 - Unroll the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface and cut into 24 equal squares. Gently press each square into the muffin tin to form small cups.
03 - Place a cube of Brie cheese into each pastry cup.
04 - Top each Brie-filled pastry cup with 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
05 - Optionally sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs or place a pecan half or walnut on top for added flavor and texture.
06 - Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the pastry is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
07 - Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving warm or at room temperature.
